Fees are divided into sessions enabling you to mix and match the times best suited for your childcare needs

All Meals are included in our costs.

An Early Bird starts at 8.00am and includes breakfast, a Late Owl finishes at 6.00pm including snacks.  These can be booked and will be charged at an additional cost of £3.10 per session.

Late Collection

Failure to collect your child on time as agreed on your booking form or arrangement by the team, will result in a charge of £5.00 for the first 14 minutes thereafter £5.00 every 15 minutes.  

Educational Funding

Early Years Educational funding is available for all children in the term following their third birthday, information about eligibility is available from Somerset Early Years.  

Little Owls provides wrap around childcare including meals and all year round opening, which are not covered by the basic Education Funding.

Children receiving Early Years Educational Funding termly will be expected to pay the additional fees monthly by standing order if applicable. 

If you are unsure whether your child is entitled to the funding please ask, as failure to complete a Parent Declaration form will result in the funding not being paid.

Menu

We offer a healthy balanced diet prepared on site by our trained team all our ingredients are locally sourced and organic whenever possible.

Breakfast  8.00am – 8.30am

Brunch       10.00am – 10.30am

Lunch         12.30am – 1pm

Snack         2.30pm

Tea            4.00pm – 4.30pm

Payment Monthly in advance

Fees will be collected monthly in advance on the 1st day of every month by Standing order; if extra sessions are booked, we will require payment in advance by cheque or cash after completing our booking form.

It is the parent's or carer's responsibility to check that the standing order amounts are correct and delivered in time to their bank. 

Payments by Childcare Vouchers

We accept work based childcare voucher schemes such as  Accor and  Busybees.

Parents with Vouchers/ Funding must ensure that they are received by the Nursery on the 1st of every month.

Full fees are payable for any session booked and not attended for whatever reason.

Late Payments

In the event of late payment of fees or payment transactions returned unpaid an administration fee of £15.00 will be charged.

Nappies

If the Nursery has to provide nappies for your child, then a cost of £1.50 will be charged for each item.

Uniform

We have on offer a Nursery and Pre School uniform and book bag, if you wish to place an order the cost is as follows, please ask for an order form.

Sweat Shirts £10.00

Fee Increases

Little Owls' Fees are reviewed annually.  No fee increase planned during 2010.
